I love this smoothie!
It's creamy, filling, delicious and hits the spot. I usually make it at home or have it at this local raw food restaurant where I go often enough they let me make up my own smoothie recipe! Try it and let me know how it goes! xo, Gio
- 2 bananas (Optional: frozen bananas)
- 1 ripe Hass avocado
- 1 cup Hemp milk or Coconut Milk
- 1-2 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1-2 tbsp Raw Cacao (chocolate) Powder
- 1/2 tsp Maca powder
- Pinch of Himalayan or Celtic Salt
- Optional: 1-3 dates
Blend in a high speed blender for 3-4 minutes, serve and enjoy. You can top with Raw Cacao nibs.
