Our New Business Operations Manager:
We are growing, fast. And in order to make sure that our clients get the service they deserve, we need a business operations genius to join our team as we expand the vision of the company. We need someone who is experienced, positive, energetic, innovative, reliable, solutions-driven and smart, who is willing and able to build with us for the long term.
We’re looking for the best and are ready to pay for it.
Our salary is competitive, one hundred thousand a year base plus bonus in the first year, with the potential to scale to two hundred thousand a year base, plus bonus in the second year, but we’re looking for someone really special. That special person is you, if you are:
-> A Proven Profitability Prodigy: As in, you have a proven and demonstrable track record of leading sales teams and you establish, assess and hit KPIs like it is your favorite thing to do. Companies become more profitable, stable and seamless under your watch. Inefficiency makes your hair stand on end and you know how to find it and surgically remove it. You are a highly motivated online marketing professional who has the background and experience to prove it.
-> A Client Service King or Queen: You love client service and are dedicated to treating our customers like gold. You’ve created incredible customer care cultures in the past, and you understand that the goal of a service business is to serve. You are passionate about establishing our reputation in the marketplace as the absolute best place for a woman to invest in her personal and relationship development. We want to be known as the best in the business. You know how to make that happen.
-> A Solutions Architect: You know your way around technology and project management. If we need brand new systems, you know how to request proposals, manage vendors, review contracts, and get down to the brass tacks of implementing and troubleshooting. You’re familiar with every nut and bolt of the online sales machine, and you know what software, products on safeguards we need to make sure that our sales tracking, bookkeeping and online security is on point.
-> A Team Leader Extraordinaire: You can manage a remote team and office and have years experience in team management and leadership. You know how to build a culture of excellence, even when our people don’t share physical space. You’re a leader who knows how to diffuse difficult people issues with tact and compassion, but can make the hard choices when you need to. Teams reach their potential, hit all of their goals and highly succeed under your watch. You’ve drafted job descriptions, managed performance review cycles and know how to get the best out of your people. You keep daily tabs on all operations and no ball gets dropped on your watch. You’re excited to join an agile team of eleven happy, warm, inclusive A-players who love their jobs.
-> A Spectacular Manager: You’ve been in senior management for a minimum of 8-10 years before, so you know how to execute the vision of the CEO and how to report directly to her. Your mission in life is to take charge and take things off of the CEO's plate as much as possible. You’re independent, reliable, resourceful, driven, focused, and willing to step up to new situations as they evolve. You know how to gate-keep issues, what needs the CEO’s attention and what doesn’t and how to respect the chain of command while making sure that the company is aware of any risks and pitfalls you can see. You love both details and the big picture, and you’ve proven that you know how to build the best platforms, business structures and teams in the game.
-> An All Around Decent Human: You’re humble and humane. You know that great cultures and businesses are, at their core, made up of good people who know how to treat each other with respect. Your professionalism is on the ball and you lead by example. We don’t hire anyone who isn’t a real team player, positive, uplifting and with a great sense of humor, no matter what their resume says. Our culture is hugely important to us, and we want it to be a kind one.
