Alkalizing, Green Apple, Mint Smoothie
This smoothie is highly alkalizing, hydrating, energizing and low glycemic! It is my go to smoothie recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Green Apple, chopped
- 1 1/2- 2 cups water
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Limes, squeezed
- 1 tbsp fresh Mint leaves
- 1/3 Cucumber
- 4-8 drops Stevia
- Optional: A handful of Parsley
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
